I have been very pleased with the service at cherry hill triplex. Everyone is very courteous and helpful. I have found great salespeople, and can honestly say they have done all they can to help me. I so much appreciate it.I look forward to dealing with them for all my future needs.

The journey from Conshohocken was quick - hopes were not to high since another dealer was not very helpful a few days before - we figured we had nothing to loose. We were RIGHT - the people there were so NICE and HELPFUL - MIKE is AWSOME - the nicest guy ever and he made everything seem like no big deal. Cherry Hill Triplex was very good at customer service. I purchased a Kia Spectra, and really enjoy the car. The service from my sales associate, Vince Roccograndi was excellent, and I am a hard person to please. he made everything very easy, and I was not inconvenienced in any way, other than the system going "down", and having to come back to sign papers. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

We bought a Rondo today. Absolutely amazing service - and an awesome value for the $$ spent.
Today I received a brochure from KIA, and it referred me to several other dealerships to test-drive a KIA. Having already purchased a KIA Rondo, I contacted them to let them know they should put Cherry Hill Triplex on the letter, not so much because it is more conveniently located (both others were in PA), but because of the excellent service I have received. The rep was very helpful, and promised to send the comments to the folks at Cherry Hll Triplex.
Again (I posted earlier), I have never gotten so much value for so few $$ - along with service that is superb.
I purchased a Kia Rio on Tuesday the 3rd of July. The sales person was Alexis and my name is Anthony. The service that was supplied was much better than previous dealerships that I had visited. Alexis made me feel comfortable and was very informative about vehicles. Thank you for your service and Alexis is a asset to your establishment. I will be coming back. See you in one year!!!!
after two months of looking for a auto that suited all my need the employees at the cheery hill triplex was very helpful and courteous. i appreciate the help and will be back in the near future with at least 4 of my children
I was impressed at how quickly we had a car. The kids had a ball there and want to go back every Saturday !!! We ended up with a car that was above what we originally went in for. Thanks - to everyone again - Ron you out did yourself !!!
I just want to say thanks to Cherry Hill Triplex and to Graham for making it possible for me and my wife to leave the lot with a brand new Kia Sedona on Saturday, July 14th! The service was excellent and the van is great! I will definately tell all my friends and family to go to Cherry Hill Triplex for their next car!
OMG!!!! thats all i can say... i am so happy that i went to cherry hill triplex to get my car. they were the nicest people ever. an i just want to say thanks to my new favorite dealer PATRIC!!! who helped me picked out my new car... when i thought nothing was possible, he made it happen... and when i purchased the car, i did not think that i was able to get the same day... when he said "yea, you are taking the car home", i was so confused, shock, and excited, an overwhelmed... i recommend anyone who wants a car to go there. !!! Cherry Hill Triplex really blew my mind with the car that they sold me!!! I didnt know whether to laugh, just smile, run around, shout, scream or be silent. I went with a car in mind and was offered something different....TED and RANDY worked some type of miracle and got me my 2007 Dodge Caliber. The customer service was great and TED and RAND are CRAZY!!! (inside joke) I am very happy with what I have....THANKS U GUYS!!!

The day I visited your business I had to wait for my car for about 1.5 hrs. Mr. Larry Keller was very kind as he has driven me to the closest Donking Donuts so I could have my morning coffee. Details like this keeps clients loyal to you. Thank you Larry!.

I just had to say that I went to the Triplex not expecting much. What I got was a great deal and great service!! Steph great!! I recommend her to anyone looking to get a new or used car. Everyone there treated us like family. I will use the Triplex again in the future if ever needed.

I purchased a vehichle on 9/7/07. I was very pleased with the service that i recieved. I went there not expecting much because i had felt that i had been used by myprevious car dealer and i was right and it was confirmed and i truly thank the dealearshipfor taking so much time and effort with me. Everyone treated me as though i was family. I wish to thank David D'agos for the patience and time he took with me. I was a very pretty hard person to sell something too. I did not like much at first. I would recommend the cherry Hill tripex to anyone thinking of getting a car. My only request when i called was that i not make a trip for nothing. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the treatment i recieved from the moment i walked in the door until the time that i left. Truly great Customer Service.

Everyone went to great lengths to help me get what I wanted in a car...I bought a 2007 Outlander in August. I went through several sales people and then I ended up working with Mike Kehl. He's a great salesman! The first one that I could actually reach on the phone! I am very happy with my new car! I was very pleased with NIck and how he handled all the paperwork and details of the sale.
While I was signing all the papers my car was cleaned up for me to take home!! I'm still working on the streaks on the inside windows...I don't know if they used a rag that had wax on it or what!
Steve in the service department was very knowledgeable and handled everything that needed to be done on a return visit 2 weeks later.
I couldn't be happier with my experience. I had to good fortune of working with Ali, Dick, & Bob for the most part. I got a better deal here than what I was offered at a competitor. Phenomenal!

Our experience was very good.Sylvestor was very knowlegeable about the vehicle and the support staff was very helpful.Just one suggestion,its a little difficult to make a decision and ask questions with loud music in the showroom.I almost walked out of the deal because of this.the idea is good but not in the showroom take it outside you will attract more customers.Thanks

Recently I went on the internet and was inquiring about purchasing a vehicle I was contacted by Joe Morin, from the Cherry Hill Triplex from the moment that I went in I was treated with courtesy; the entire staff was involved with the purchased of my vehicle they were intreted in seeing that bought a car that met my needs financially and that it was comfortable enough for my kids. I am very happy with my new Grand Caravan. Norris Sibai is an outstanding salesman and I appreciate all his efforts and those of his managers. I look forward to buying my next car from him. I was disappointed with the almost 3 hour wait for the paperwork but I believe it was just an abberation.
My first contact with Mitsubishi was with Morris Harland,Sales Specialist. He was personable, sincere and not "Pushy". We checked out other dealers and returned to the Triplex where we were treated with respect and professionalism from all the staff and got the car we wanted.
